Wanneer een afspraak niet kan doorgaan, vragen we daarom om deze\u00a0<strong>minstens 48 uur op voorhand te annuleren of te verplaatsen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bij een annulatie minder dan 48 uur op voorhand of wanneer u niet op de afspraak verschijnt, wordt de sessie\u00a0<strong>alsnog aangerekend<\/strong>. Deze afspraak kan in dat geval niet worden terugbetaald door de mutualiteit.<\/p>\n<p>We begrijpen uiteraard dat onverwachte situaties kunnen voorkomen. Bij uitzonderlijke omstandigheden bekijken we steeds wat mogelijk is.<\/p>\n<p>Deze afspraak is belangrijk omdat een gereserveerd tijdstip niet zomaar opnieuw kan worden ingevuld. Zeker gezien de huidige wachttijden betekent een tijdige annulatie dat we de vrijgekomen plaats eventueel nog kunnen aanbieden aan iemand die op onze wachtlijst staat en op psychologische begeleiding wacht.<\/p>\n<p>Op die manier helpt u ons om de beschikbare tijd zo zorgvuldig mogelijk te benutten en anderen sneller toegang te geven tot de nodige ondersteuning.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Een therapiesessie wordt volledig voor u gereserveerd.
